Transit and Handling Time

Transit Time: Your order will arrive within 7 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch, depending on the chosen delivery service.
Handling Time: Our goal is to process and prepare your order for shipment within 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).
Delivery Time: Including handling, total delivery time ranges from 12 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday).
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) will be processed on the next business day. This cut-off time is crucial for ensuring the timely processing of your order.

Change of Address
Once your order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. To avoid any issues, please ensure that the address you provide is correct before completing your purchase.
If you notice an error in the delivery address before the order has been dispatched, please contact us immediately at support@borntrendy.shop. We will do our best to make the necessary changes.
Please note that after dispatch, changes cannot be made, and we will not be responsible for any issues caused by an incorrect address.

Order Tracking System
We provide a tracking number for every order we dispatch, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment. Once your order is shipped, we will send the tracking details to you via email or SMS, if applicable.

Wrong Address
If the shipping address you provided is incorrect or incomplete, and the delivery is unsuccessful:

The package will be returned to our warehouse.
You will be responsible for the full shipping cost to resend the order to the correct address.
Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order to avoid delays and additional charges.
Cancellations
We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your order. You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. To do so, simply contact us at support@borntrendy.shop, and we will process your cancellation.
Important: If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In that case, please refer to our Refund Policy for further assistance.

Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be compromised during transit, please follow these steps:

If possible, reject the parcel from the delivery carrier and contact our customer service immediately. We will arrange for the return or replacement of the damaged product.
If already delivered: If you were not present during delivery and the parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@borntrendy.shop. We will guide you through the next steps for resolving the issue, including the possibility of a return or replacement for the damaged item.
Please note that we cannot accept liability for parcels that are damaged after delivery unless we are notified immediately.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied to both the product price and the shipping fee during checkout. The exact tax amount will be calculated based on your shipping address and included in the final total cost of your order. Please note that tax rates may vary depending on your location.
